Our Strengths

One Flat Fee
It's not just the management fee these days, there's meeting fees, account keeping fees, archiving fees and the magical "disbursements" fees that no-one can ever explain. Add in the Insurance Commissions and Additional Services fees and it just becomes a little too much.
At NEXT, we've kept our fee schedule simple - ONE fee. We think that's fair and provides far more certainty when it comes to budgeting expenses. Our modelling shows that we come in 15-25% cheaper than the average Strata Manager, but we don't achieve this by dropping service. We're just a mean, lean service machine!

No Insurance Commissions
Many Strata companies receive Insurance commissions from brokers or insurers for placing business with them. Let's be real, it's a spotter's fee.
We deal direct with Insurers and take no commission from any party, ever. If you choose an Insurer we can deal with directly, you will never be charged a fee for this service.
If we need to deal with a Broker to access your preferred Insurer, we will only pass on their brokerage fee at cost, with no margin, and never accept commissions.

Responsive Service
Many Strata companies overload their Managers to maximise profit, resulting in Managers being overworked and unable to provide the service you need.
Our client base is capped at approximately half the industry norm per Manager. This not only ensures that we are always available, but additionally, enables us to provide proactive service before you even know you need it.

Our Modern Portal
We don't want to brag... but our owner's portal is built from the ground up, by us! Yes, we're nerds too. We just felt that the tech available for Strata management was no longer fit for purpose and we see our platform as a very important part of our service offering.
Not only does it provide the usual transactional information, but also a wealth of information about your Corporation, real time status of any maintenance, up to the minute budget and financial information, a voting platform when needed and even a communication tool if you want to get in touch with us that way.
Our meetings are also held via this platform, so you'll only ever need one login for everything. It really is a central hub for everything to do with your property. We're sure you'll love it!
